Features:

Chemical passivity at interaction with metals is an important property of CBN, so mainly used in grinding ferrous materials like cast iron, wrought iron as well as the production of cutting tools, compressor parts, engine components, turbine parts, etc.

CBN-YL10: 

Black color with irregular shapes, low strength, good friability and self-sharp ability, tools with this grade have good sharpness.

CBN-YL15: 

Bright black color with sharp and irregular crystal shape, strength higher than CBN-YL10 grade, tools with this grade have good sharpness and long grinding tool life. also can be used for vitrified bond applications tools.

CBN-YL16: 

Black mono-crystal with irregular shape ,medium strength, usually used for vitrified and resin bond tools.

CBN-YL20: 

Bright black powder with regular shape, high strength and good thermal stability.

CBN-YL21A: 

Crystal with amber color, with regular shape and medium fracture strength, usually used for resin /electroplated/metal bond tools.

CBN-YL21B:

Amber color, with irregular shape and Good crystal transparency,used for resin and electroplated bond tools.

CBN-YL23:

Grade with yellow gold color and blocky in shape with sharp edges, own highest strength and best thermal stability, provides long life performance.

CBN-YL28: 

Dark Brown crystal, with complete blocky shape, high strength and good toughness.

CBN-YL26: 

Dark Brown crystal with blocky shape, used for vitrified/metal/electroplated bond tools.(strength lower than YL28 grade).

CBN-YL31: 

Gray microcrystalline product, with higher strength and great thermal stability, also can used for electroplated bond tools.
